Technically, Poets Cove, is not in the San Juan Islands. Its actually not even in Washington, or the US for that matter. Food and Views

Not only does Poets Cove provide the usual lodging, relaxation and luxury you’d expect from a beautiful island get away in the San Juan Islands or the Gulf Islands, Poets Cove serve outstanding food at one of its two restaurants. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, The Aurora overlooks the beautiful Bedwell Harbor. The plates are what you hoped for from a resort like this, creative innovative, but still drawing from local tastes and flavors. Syrens Bistro can pour you a pint of a local brew, or a glass of wine in a casual setting. The food is seasonal and organic and the view from the bistro are equally as breathtaking as from the rest of the resort.

The resort also offers fantastic packages for weddings and events, including corporate thanks to its state of the art conference facilities. Last year alone Poets Cove hosted over 50 weddings.
